[OPINIONS] If you had no obligations, no person or responsibilities to attend to, where would you live and study?

So I'm living in SE QLD but I was curious of what opinions you would have on which place is the best to get smart and be happy! I am personally not ready for Uni or TAFE but I don't mind training with a private organization but my answer would be in Melbourne training to be a YouTube star, or in Sydney with the CBD Hustlers! I am also a avid volunteer so I'm curious to see if any one else mirrors that.

Also, say you didn't have enough money to move to your dream town, where would you study online and live? Doesn't have to be AUS but that's all I know..

Moving to Australia

Hi guys, i wanted to ask if is it worthy to move to Australia. I moved to Belgium 7 years ago and I'm thinking about moving out. Is it actually worth it? Is it hard to get a job after finishing Medical University in Belgium and move to Australia? Is living there very expensive? If I move there, can I find a good job with my degree or do I need to go to school in Australia? Just some important questions about living there, wouldn't mind some more informations.
