I got a few bites last time, but nobody came through. The 3 people who contacted me unfortunately couldn't do it or just stopped responding after a while, so I'm posting again!
G'day g'day,
As the title says I'm an Aussie living in Japan. I've been studying here for about 6 months now. I've got my vegemite and have introduced all my international friends to tim tams, but I'm missing a specific item that is next to impossible to get in Japan.
Mother. Yes, the energy drink. Specifically the sugar free variety.
I used to drink this all the time, and I haven't in so long, having to resort to red bull to get my caffeinated carbonated drink fix.
Now, if I want this in Japan, I have to order a case from Ebay, which will cost me about $300 AUD, and that's ridiculous.
Apparently, if you ship them through AusPost, they can explode in the hangar, So therefore I'm here, asking for help.
If you, or anyone you know, is travelling to Japan (specifically Tokyo) soon, I will gladly pay you for some carry-on space so you can bring me a 4 pack. I don't know what a good price for this is, but I can pay you $20-$30 + the price of a 4pack (around $12 from woolies).
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but if you're interested, please send me a message.

I'm a photographer/filmer and I'm in need of a getaway, so I'm planning a road trip from Sydney to Byron with my 2 dogs and maybe a model (or meeting some models on the way).
I'm thinking of setting off in late October, and maybe taking 2 weeks to complete the return trip (But at least a week), and I want to stay close to the coast (unless there's a really epic detour for something like an amazing waterfall, waterway, rocks/cliffs).
So... looking for "must visit" locations along the way. And not just well known destinations. Little beaches etc that you may have stumbled across in your travels that are secluded and not well known may well be preferable to the big touristy stuff (but happy to go there too).
Oh, and since this is doubling as a holiday, if there's a town I just have to visit on the way, even if it's just got cool vibes, let me know. :)
Also need ideas for cheapish but not nasty accomodation at or near the places you suggest. I'm kind of happy to camp or live out of the car for a few days, but it may not be up to me. :)
The hope is that by the end of each day, we'll be at an amazing location to shoot in. Then, maybe we'll drive a little further on so we can end up some place different to do a quick shoot in the morning before we keep moving forward.
After that, a few days in Byron (half shooting, half chilling), and then I'll drive back pretty quickly, unless there's a reason to take it slow on the return trip too.
