Is this sus? It's a good deal on a used 2011 Mazda 3 with low kms, but is a VIN discrepancy a deal breaker? Cheers

photo the seller posted of the dash has like 5 warning lights on... should have clued me in when I asked how often it had been serviced and they didn't know lol
