How does a country secede from the EU?


We’ve know how article 50 worked in theory. A government invokes article 50, a strict deadline of 24 months starts counting down during which the country in question negotiated with the EU on what deal they’ll have when the countdown stops. It’s irrevocable. And whether to invoke article 50 and whether to accept any deal, is up to the law of the country seceding. Maybe it needs to pass a house, maybe it needs to pass to houses. Maybe there’s a president that needs to ratify the decision to invoke article 50, maybe not.
And now we have it in practice.
  1. A referendum saying leave, with a very small margin.
  2. The government is to invoke article 50, but the parliament says it needs to accept any such invocation. So the parliament votes and it is put into law that article 50 is to be invoked.
  3. The government invokes the irreversible article 50 process. Only now, it is said that it might be reversible when push comes to shove.
  4. There’s a general election, because things have changed since the referendum. A majority of parliament still wants out of the EU.
  5. A deal is made but needs to pass the seceding country’s parliament. It doesn’t.
  6. Turns out he strict 24 month countdown isn’t so strict. The exit date is moved but will be moved no further unless the deal is accepted.
  7. The deal isn’t accepted. But the exit date can be moved again, it turns out.

Where can i report an active online paedophile who lives in Europe.


Tl;Dr:A man started asking young childeren for their naked pictures on Instagram.He is living in Europe and i am not.How can i report him and what kind of evidince will i need?
So recently i started seeing some questions on my local gaming facebook group,that a Turkish guy living in Europe is asking young boys if they need free game keys.He sometimes says he in Holland and sometimes Germany.
When the childeren answer his mesages,he asks them to send him a topless picture so "he can evaluate if you actually need it because if you are fat it means you dont need it".His requests keeps getting bigger and bigger until he finally asks for a fully nude picture.After that he sends them the game keys.
I warned as many childeren as possible in my group but there must be tons other who wont see them and will get caught in this fucks trap.He is using the devaluation of Turkish Lira,these boys cant afford the games by themselves so they see any free game as a big thing.Please can someone point me in the direction where i can report him and will just his Instagram be enough?I can gather other evidence if necessary like secreenshots of chats.
