So when I was in China I figured that it was propaganda seeing as there were just random megaphone looking things just lying around blasting it. But now I've seen some bits in videos of Thailand where it seems like people are listening to something very similar on their own radios. The speech sounds so cold and just like I imagine communist propaganda would be. Is CRI(china radio propaganda) popular in other Asian countries or do they have something similar of their own? Now that I think about it...I didn't pay attention to the language lol...I'll have to see if I can find it again.
What would you consider as the country’s most pressing policy? What about its biggest development challenge?
Don't you feel Asian problems are different from white people problems? Like receiving constant "Ni hao" greeting even if you are not Chinese. Being a size medium in Asia and size XS elsewhere is still big. Having difficulty to find & explain your favorite rice - jasmine rice is not basmati rice is not sticky rice. Realizing that its only Asians who eat noodle soup. Getting frustrated to find the correct noodles because noodles for soup is different from noodles for stir fry. Proper sushi does not have crab rolls. I can go on and would like to know others' expriences & observations.
