Just as an FYI in case you haven't heard about it, but the EU does regular "Consultations of the Puplic" on a huge variety of topics. https://ec.europa.eu/info/consultations_en

Most of them are survey but you can usually also add some additional texts and documents to support your oppinion.
Currently there is one going on about the wage gap and implementation about new regulations concerning the wage gap.

I think the consultations are a great tool, because your oppinion is really heard. I once took part in such a consultation in relation to creating a quite important statement document on some scientific policies and the document draft had all comments from the consultation included and in the final document a lot of the comments had found their way into the document.
